With Remembrance Day soon upon us, we wanted to do a special tribute to remember those who have served for our country.

It started as just an idea for a wedding dress made out of poppies and we knew we would need a lot! So we got cutting and sticking and roped in the help of many of our friends and some of our children too. Once we looked like we had enough we started to get to work and individually pinned each poppy to a mannequin to take the shape of a wedding dress. We have individually made over 600 poppies.

We are really pleased with the finished dress and hope you like it.

We have had lots of support from the people in Ilkeston and lots of people are stopping by and taking photographs which we are loving! Keep them coming!
